With a deep-seated love of horticulture, family, and community, Tiffany decided the best way to serve her community and support her growing family was by following her passion for flowers, plants and design and take Elegant Designs In Bloom LLC, which started as a small wedding floral boutique and create a lasting businesses. Her love of art and design is evident in every arrangement she creates. She loves to get to know her customers and the recipients of her deigns so she can make personal, custom arrangements that tell a story.
