Elegant Designs really went the extra mile for me. I ordered an arrangement for my sister and they called to let me know that someone else had already send the same arrangement, and offered to deliver something different instead. Sis was delighted with her flowers and I was so very pleased with the personalized service! Will definitely order from them again.
