Look great came quick, love the emailed picture of the actual arrangement. Will order from here again. I would prefer to tip after delivery though if there was ever an option to do that. I may have tipped more honestly. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for your feed back! We were asked years ago to include the option for a tip and the only way we can do that is at the time of the sale.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We delivery to a vast area including, Wellington, Oberlin, Kipton, LaGrange, Sullivan, Spencer, Homerville, Nova, Norwalk, Wakeman, Collins, New London, Litchfield, Grafton, Elyria, Amherst, South Amherst, Lorain, Sheffield, Sheffield Lake, Berlin Heights, and Huntington. In order to be able to effectively deliver to this many places we group deliveries to areas and only deliver to that area once per day. We DO NOT GUARANTEE TIMED DELIVERIES and estimated delivery windows are just that, estimates. We require a phone number for all deliveries to homes so that if the person is not home they can be contacted. We typically will not leave an arrangement at someone's home unless the recipient instructs us to. This is due to changing weather, animals, theft, and other things that are out of our control once left. We will redeliver once the recipient lets us know they are home or they can chose to pick it up from our shop. If the pick up option is chosen we DO NOT REFUND the delivery as we have already attempted delivery.
Funeral deliveries require the decedents name as the recipient, not a family member. If you would like a specific family member to take the arrangement home, please specify that in the special instructions area of the form. We can not guarantee that person will take that arrangement home, know that it is considered a suggestion and it is up to the immediate family what they choose to do with the flowers during and after the service.
We do our best to make sure all arrangements for funeral and memorial services arrive 2 hours prior to visitation/calling hours at the funeral home or church. Services being held at cemeteries, VFW, Eagles Clubs, and other outside locations are delivered approximately 1 hour prior to services.
Cemetery deliveries are subject to weather. If we are delivering and the temperature is below 38 degrees Fahrenheit, there is a very good chance the flowers will freeze during the service. Plants will definitely freeze. We have no way of controlling that and we will not make a new arrangement due to freezing tempuratures.
In shop pick ups during business hours can be modified in the special instructions section.
Anonymous deliveries. Any delivery that is sent with the intent to hide the senders name will be handled in the following member. We will send the arrangement. If the recipient calls to ask who sent it we will give them your information. If there is an active stalker type situation we will provide the recipient and the police with copies of the order, any communication we have in writing with the sender, and we will not refund your money if the recipient returns the arrangement or asks us to pick it back up. We do not tolerate domestic violence, stalkers, or any other harmful practice.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a replacement. If the flowers are damaged to to recipient negligence (placing flowers on a heat source, leaving them on a freezing porch or in direct sun outdoors, or pet damage) we will not refund or replace the items.
Refunds are issued on a per case basis and are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
