Easy to place order and pay on site. Since I was sending as a gift I never saw the finished product. It would be nice to see product in these circumstances. Even though it should match the order picture, it could be included in a confirmation email. I received a confirmation when the design was ready for delivery, indicating I would receive another notification once it was delivered, but I never received the delivery notification.

Very nice arrangement! And less expensive than using those 1-800 national ordering companies with their added fees. I'm always nervous sending flowers from 2000 miles away after a bad experience with a florist in Oberlin who delivered a sparse, half dead bouquet that looked NOTHING like the picture a few years back. I loved your communication. The email picture of the actual bouquet before you delivered it and the delivery confirmation email gave me confidence knowing she got exactly what I ordered and when it was supposed to arrive. I'll be using you guys from now on. Thank you!!
